I never wanted to get pregnant

Monica
I feel the same way as u -i wish men could carry babies lol. I never loved the feeling of being pregnant-first trimester sucks-i always felt sick to my stomach. 2nd trimester isn;t too bad-and 3rd trimester u feel huge & can;t wait for baby to come out. Of course its nice feeling the baby move inside of u, knowing your carrying a life etc-but honestly sometimes i couldn;t tell the difference bw gas and the baby moving lol. I am a scientific person so really hope one day they;ll be able to grow a baby outside the womb-so couples could just pick their baby up after nine months. But anyways- i never felt so happy to be pregnant but you will still be in love w/ your new born, over joyed when you finally get to meet your child, and being a parent is the hardest but more rewarding job in the world. I never loved being pregnant-but i love being a mom & finally knew what love at first sight was when i gave birth to each of my 3 children. Good luck in your pregnancy, and please just look forward to meeting your new child & the joy he/she will bring into your lives. Best of luck & please keep us posted on how your doing =)
Hey I would carry your baby for you. With twins I was stretch marked beyond belief :P. Now with 4th baby I feel my tummy is (rather was) his home. Now that he's out and about he is tickly and really just a happy baby. Pray to God to give you a happy quiet baby with the twins we prayed for healthy and that they were. They screamed up to 8 hrs every day... MY GOSH well they are almost 3 now phew...but all this to say I am now showing off (okay kinda ) my marks especially to the kids and I tell tehm look this was where you came from, your home where mommy carried you everywhere so now use your 2 legs and your brain and bake mama a chicken (tofu!) dinner lol
i feel exactly the same and im pregnant again!however when my son was born even though pregnancy made me so ill i am now physically disabled and in agony every day, all those feelings of resentment went away.i didnt see him as the thing that ruined my body anymore i just loved him.youl be okay
You should join babycenter.com
I felt the same way and once I joined the group it helped me SO much with everything I was feeling.
I agree babcenter is awesome. WHile morning sickness & stress pregnancy can have on your body isnt fun--my hubby & I used to get very excited talking about what stage our baby was each wk. I think its very fun how they compare the weight of the baby to fruit & you learn about its prenatal developement. The forums were helpful too.
I just wanna say I know how you feel. I am currently pregnant with my fifth child but no matter ifits your first or your fifth you will feel different. Things happen for a reason and even thou at this point in time you dont feel that bond or connection, you will especially after you see that little one in your arms. I was like that with my fourth pregnancy,he wasnt planed and things were already stressfull enough I didnt want to have my family fall apart because money just keeps getting tighter. I was so upset and felt so crappy I complained all the time, but after he was born I felt bad cause I felt that way while I was pregnant. Again back in the same situation, how we gunna make it with a fifth child, but god dosnt hand you things he dosnt think you cant handle. I am upset with this one and I dont have that bond again but I know it will change after he is born. good luck and hope all goes well with you.
